Messages XR Enterprise Service Alert
Messages XR Enterprise is currently experiencing a problem with the language translation settings.
- If you're sending messages in English only, or you're translating into all recipient languages, everything works as expected.
- However, if you want to exclude specific languages from translation, the system is currently not allowing you to disable those individual languages.
Current Status
Our development team is actively working to fix this issue. Once resolved, you’ll be able to customize your language selections freely again.
Workaround
Until the fix is in place, sending in English or allowing translation into all recipient languages will continue to function normally.
