This article explains delivery status levels in Messages XR Enterprise for district administrators, including how to find a user's delivery status, what each status icon means, and how to enable or disable addresses.
💡Quick answers
- Where do I find a user's delivery status levels? Open the user's account profile, go to the Account Info tab, and look in the Delivery Addresses section for the Status column.
- What does each delivery status icon mean? Enabled means available for use; Flagged means limited delivery due to past failures; Disabled means no messages will be sent; Invalid means the address format is incorrect; Blocked means messages have been actively stopped.
- Disabling a delivery address for a user? Click the green checkmark icon in the Status column next to that delivery address to disable it.
- Can a Flagged address recover on its own? A Flagged address may recover automatically as delivery results improve over time - click the icon for details about the specific reason it was flagged.
- How does managing delivery status levels differ for admins vs. families? District administrators manage delivery status for all users in the Accounts tab; families manage only their own delivery addresses from their personal account profile.
