Here in the Accounts reports section, you can pull reports that populate account details such as delivery addresses, school, grade, and access data.

This is a Help for District Administrators article, providing comprehensive support for those with the highest level of access as they help their communities get started with Messages XR Enterprise.
Reports available in this section are:
Accounts reports overview
Navigate to the Reports area, then select one of the Accounts report options.
Parent report
This report displays account information based on the Parent Role. The Parent Report provides you with the chance to improve how the district or school communicates with parents and guardians. This report will allow you to fix any information that is incorrect.
- Choose your filters to narrow down by the following:
- Parents at a particular School.
- Demographic information that was modified during a specific Date range.
- Search by Name.
- Sort by allows you to sort your results with a certain piece of information.
- Contact Information (with or without a certain delivery method).
- Whether or not a parent has ever Logged in.
- Click Generate report to view your report.
- Browse through your results with the arrows at the bottom of your screen
- Print: Click this button to automatically print out your report or save it as a PDF.
- Export: Clicking this button allows you to enter your email address or Download results to your device
Student report
This report displays account information based on the Student Role, helping you improve communication with students and their parents and giving you an opportunity to fix any account information that is incorrect.
- Choose your filters to narrow down by the following:
- Student at a particular School.
- Demographic information that was modified during a specific Date range.
- Name of student.
- Contact information (with or without a certain delivery method).
- Whether or not student has ever logged in.
- Sort by allows you to sort your results with a certain piece of information.
- Click Generate report to view your report.
- Browse through your results with the arrows at the bottom.
- Print: Click this button to automatically print out your report or save it as a PDF.
- Export: Clicking this button allows you to enter your email address or Download results to your device.
Staff report
This report allows you to improve your account information for staff members, including the ability to connect different usage types with each user such as: those you have generated a password for and those who have participated in teacher training (see more details below). This report displays account information based on the Staff Role.
- Choose your filters to narrow down by the following:
- Staff members at a particular School.
- Roles that will be included in your report.
- Demographic information that was modified during a specific Date range.
- Search for Staff by Name.
- Sort by allows you to sort your results with a certain piece of information.
- Display staff members with or without contact information.
- Whether or not staff member has ever Logged in.
- Password generated: Have you generated a password for each user?
- Teacher training: Has this user participated in Teacher training?
Once you have set your fields, you are ready to view your report!
- Click Generate report to view your report.
- Browse through your results with the arrows at the bottom.
- Print: Click this button to automatically print out your report or save it as a PDF.
- Export: Clicking this button allows you to enter your email address or Download results to your device.
Complete Bulk Actions in Staff Report results
This report area is unique in its ability to allow you to take action on tasks that you learn about from data that has been gathered.
- Step 1: Check the boxes next to users to include them in the bulk action that you select.
- Step 2: Once you check the box next to a user, bulk action buttons will appear at the top, allowing you select an action.
- Send a message based on results to a user or group of users.
- Enable limited use to restrict staff members to sending emails only to a limited number of recipients, preventing mass messaging.
- Disable limited use is a way to once again allow for staff members to send to unlimited numbers of recipients, usually once they have become familiar with user group management and recipient selection.
- Authorize teachers
- Clear selection: Want to reset and have no checkboxes selected? This allows you to start from scratch.
Teacher class report
The Teacher Class report displays the students in a class with grade and attendance data. The report will include the ability to display:
- Student name
- Letter grade
- Grade percentage
Important Note
This report is only available to staff members, principals, and school administrators with administrative access - not including teachers.
Choose your filters to narrow down by the following:
- School to track a specific school's grades and attendance.
- Teacher to track a specific teacher's grades and attendance information.
- Section to track a specific class's grades and attendance information.
- Which information to Sort By when displaying results, and how many results to Display per page.
Once you have set your report fields, you are ready to view your report!
- Click Generate report to view your report.
- Browse through your results with the arrows at the bottom.
- Print: Click this button to automatically print out your report or save it as a PDF.
- Export: Clicking this button allows you to enter your email address or Download results to your device
School report
The School report displays how many accounts there are for a specific school, organizing them by Role.
Important Note
Only district administrators will be able to view the information for all schools.

- School to track a specific school
- Role(s) is where you can select which role(s) to include in your report so that you can track changes made.
Once you have set your report fields, you are ready to view your report!
- Click Generate report to view your report.
- Browse through your results with the arrows at the bottom.
- Print: Click this button to automatically print out your report or save it as a PDF.
- Export: Clicking this button allows you to enter your email address or Download results to your device.
- Schedule a report to be pulled and sent to you on an ongoing basis.
Login report
This report shows useful information regarding login counts and how the system is being used.
Important Note
Only school administrators and district administrators have access to this report.
Here’s how it works!
Choose your filters to narrow down by the following:
- School to track a specific school
- Role(s) is where you can select which role(s) to include in your report so that you can track changes made.
- The Date range dropdown allows you to track user logins during a specific time frame.
Once you have set your report fields, you are ready to view your report!
- Click Generate report to view your report.
- Clear all will reset your filters.
Your report will show the following rows:
- Total number of _____ (type of user selected) accounts.
- Total number of _____ (type of user selected) that have logged in.
- Total Principal sessions that have occurred.
