Manage and view reports

When you are sending out communication, it’s important to understand the effectiveness as measured in all sorts of data points. Finalsite Messages XR Enterprise has a robust reporting area that can help identify areas of success while also having a glimpse at things that might not be going as well as planned.

Within the Reports section, you can: 

  • easily generate reports with advanced filtering and ability to export.
  • pull reports and send messages including data from a report to a particular recipient list or contact.
  • expand and collapse filtering options to segment data in various ideal ways.

Reports overview

The Reports are organized by Subject into 4 different categories: Accounts reports, Data reports, Messages reports, and System reports

Accounts Reports

Here you can find data about account details such as roles, individual account information, delivery addresses, schools, grades, and more

Data Reports

These reports allow you to check for missing information or discrepancies in the data you use when you send out messages. There are actions you can take once you’ve pinpointed what needs attention. 

Messages Reports

The reports in this area allow you to view data of messages going out to your community from your Messages XR Enterprise platform. 

System Reports

Here you can find data on how your system is being used for sending out messaging, also being able to see a breakdown of messages and message-per-student based on the search criteria.
