This article shows parents, guardians, and students how to find and download documents that have been securely uploaded to their account by the school in Messages XR Enterprise.

- Where are uploaded school documents stored in my account? Log in, go to My Account > Profile > Students tab, click a student's name, then select the Other tab and scroll down to the Uploaded Documents section.
- Downloading a document from your student's profile? Click on any document listed in the Uploaded Documents section to open and download it to your computer.
- Do I need to log in to view securely delivered documents? Yes, documents are protected by relationship-based access and require a secure, authenticated login.
- Are documents accessible from the school's mobile app? Yes, securely delivered documents are available through the school's mobile app when your account is properly linked.

Step 2: Find your account profile
- Once you are logged in, navigate to the My account dropdown in the top right corner.
- Click on Profile to open your profile.
Step 3: Click on the Students tab and select a student
- Clicking a student’s name will open that student’s Personal File.
Step 4: Select the Other tab
Scroll down to the Uploaded documents section to view uploaded student data and files.
Click on an uploaded document to open and download it to your computer.
