Families: Access securely delivered documents

It’s important for you as a parent, guardian, or student to know how to access the documents that have been delivered to your account by the school.

This is a Help for Families article, helping parents, guardians, and students as they are learning to communicate via the Messages XR Enterprise platform.

Step 1: Log in to Messages XR Enterprise

Step 2: Find your account profile

Once you are logged in, navigate to the My account dropdown in the top right corner.
Click on Profile to open your profile.

Step 3: Click on the Students tab and select a student

Clicking a student’s name will open that student’s Personal File.

Step 4: Select the Other tab

Scroll down to the Uploaded documents section to view uploaded student data and files.

Click on an uploaded document to open and download it to your computer.
