Getting started: Mastering the drag-and-drop editor

This guide is organized into three logical phases to help you move from a blank template to a finished, secure, and engaging message. Follow the steps below to learn how to manage your design settings, customize your layout with rich media, and ensure your team has the right permissions to succeed.

Don't yet see the drag-and-drop editor option? 

We are slowly rolling out the drag-and-drop editor to Messages XR Enterprise clients. There are two areas where you may already be able to access this option:  

  • the Additional Email templates button in the Email channel
  • the Templates tab in the Messages area
