Use the Directory area of your CommHQ app to quickly find people in your district and access their contact information.
- View and search for users by name or browse by school or role.
- Contact users directly from a device.
- Access valuable student information right at your fingertips such as Upcoming Assignments, Classes, and Attendance.
- View the relationship between students and parents.
To get started, click the Directory button on your home screen.
Filter your search with the following tabs:
- Schools: All schools that live within your larger district or organization can be viewed and browsed.
- Staff: Search for staff by name.
- Enter at least two characters into the Search field to populate results that will be organized by school. Select a staff profile to open the Account info screen.
- From each Account info screen, click a delivery method to automatically communicate with each person from your device.
- Parents: Search for parents by name.
- Select a parent to open up the Account info screen.
- View Students connected to this Parent.
- Click a delivery method to contact this parent directly from your device.
- Students: Search for students by name.
- Select a student to open up the Account info screen and learn more info about the student's grade, school, and so much more!
- View Parents connected to this Student.
- Click to expand out Upcoming assignments, Classes, and Attendance.
- Click a delivery method to contact this student or the connected parents directly from your device.
