This article explains delivery status levels in Messages XR Enterprise, what each icon means, and how parents, guardians, and students can enable or disable delivery addresses from their account profile.

💡Quick answers

  • Where do I find my delivery status levels? Open your account profile, go to the Account Info tab, and look in the Delivery Addresses section for the Status column.
  • Disabling a delivery address so you stop receiving certain messages? Click the green checkmark icon next to that delivery address in your Account Info tab to disable it.
  • What does a red X status icon mean? A red X means the delivery address is disabled and no messages will be sent to it - click it to re-enable.
  • What is the difference between Flagged and Blocked status? Flagged means delivery was limited due to past delivery failures; Blocked means messages have been actively stopped for that address.
  • Can an Invalid address be corrected? Yes, update the address to a valid format - for example, an email address missing an @ symbol or a phone number missing digits.
