💡Quick answers

  • Where do I find my delivery status levels? Open your account profile, go to the Account Info tab, and look in the Delivery Addresses section for the Status column.
  • Disabling a delivery address so you stop receiving messages at that address? Click the green checkmark icon in the Status column next to that address to disable it.
  • What does a red X icon next to a delivery address mean? A red X means the address is currently disabled and no messages are being sent to it - click it to re-enable.
  • What delivery status types are there? Statuses include Enabled, Flagged, Disabled, Invalid, and Blocked, each reflecting a different state for that delivery address.
  • Can a Flagged address recover automatically? A Flagged address may recover over time as delivery results improve - click the icon for more details about why it was flagged.
