- Click the Help button in your Messages XR Enterprise left navigation. This will open up to a window with more instructions on how to get help:
Check the status
If you encounter unexpected behavior or site issues, like your site is down, pages are not loading, 404 errors, or slow performance, check the Finalsite Status page (status.finalsite.com) to see if there are any known system-wide issues. You can view current and past incidents or subscribe to get live alerts delivered directly to your inbox.
Submit a request
- Are you logged in? Once you are logged in, you will be able to submit a request.
- Locate the Submit a request button in the header of the Messages XR Enterprise Knowledge Base.
