Contact and emergency support information

We understand that sometimes you need a help, and we're here to make sure you get the support you need. Whether you have a question or need assistance with your product or the way a feature works, there are several ways you can reach out to us.

Help button

  • Click the Help button in your Messages XR Enterprise left navigation. This will open up to a window with more instructions on how to get help:

Check the status

Before submitting a request, check out Finalsite's status page https://status.finalsite.com. Bookmark and subscribe to this page so that you can easily find out if anything is going on.

Submit a request

  • Are you logged in? Once you are logged in, you will be able to submit a request.
  • Locate the Submit a request button in the header of the Messages XR Enterprise Knowledge Base. 

Contact us 

Submitting a request is the best way to reach support. If you have a critical issue, we do suggest that you call us directly - it’s the most effective way to ensure we can help address any urgent issues that you may encounter.
