Accessing Messages XR Enterprise help
After logging in to the back end of your new Messages XR Enterprise platform, you can find many ways to get the support you need. Click Help in the left navigation window:
The Messages XR Enterprise Help menu provides:
- A List of contacts within your district helping your end users know where they can receive help in times of need. These contacts are populated when you create a new organization and select certain district and school administrators to be added to the Help contact dropdown. (See the article, "Configure organizational settings > Step 2: Edit basic organizational information fields" to learn more.)

Submit a request to support
Once your site is live, you may Submit a request to support by clicking on the button in your top right corner.
This will open up a form where you can add your details. A Messages XR Enterprise support agent will be in touch soon!
Don't see the Submit a request button?
If you are still in deployment and your platform is not live, you may not see this button yet. In this case, you can go directly to your implementation team.
