This article explains how to submit product feedback in Messages XR Enterprise using the Share an idea feature.

- How is Share an idea opened? Click the question mark icon (Finalsite Help) in the bottom-left corner, then select Share an idea from the menu.
- What information can be submitted? A comment describing a goal or obstacle, plus an importance rating: Must have or Nice to have.
- Does Share an idea create a support ticket? No. It sends feedback to the product team and is not tracked or responded to like a support request.
Step 1: Open the Share an idea window
Click the Finalsite Help icon, the question mark in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Select Share an idea. The How can we improve the product? window will open.
⚠️ Important Note
Share an idea is for product feedback and feature requests, not for reporting a bug or requesting urgent help. For assistance with troubleshooting or product questions, submit a request to Finalsite Support.
Step 2: Submit feedback
Add a comment
Enter a comment in the text field. Describe the goal being worked toward and any obstacles getting in the way, rather than only naming a feature.
Rate the importance
Under Importance, select an option:
- Must have. The idea addresses a significant obstacle or gap.
- Nice to have. The idea would improve the experience but is not essential.
Submit the feedback
Click Submit Feedback to send the idea to the product team.
