Analyze Report data in the CommHQ app

Once you send a message, you can track sent message statistics in the Reports area of your new CommHQ app.

Here is how the Reports area of your CommHQ app is organized:

In the Reports area, view sending data on all messages sent from either your Messages XR Enterprise platform or your CommHQ app, organized into the following tabs

  • My messages: View any messages sent by you.
  • Other messages: View any messages sent from your organization

Each message shows information that helps you analyze the success and progress of the delivery of that message.

  • Current: Messages that are still in progress will display here.
  • Complete: This will display any messages that have been sent.
