💡 Quick reference

  • "Failed to send. Type error: A match is not a function" – clear your browser cache, try a different browser, and check for special characters or emoji in your message
  • "Fix languages" error – your message is too long to translate into the selected languages; reduce your message length or remove auto-translate

  • "500 server error" – try removing attachments or links, verify your recipient list loads properly, or break large groups into smaller segments
  • Recipient list spinning/not loading – use advanced filters instead of file uploads for large groups, or test your recipient selection before composing your message

Detailed fixes

"Failed to send. Type error: A match is not a function"

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  2. Close and reopen your browser
  3. Use only standard characters (letters, numbers, punctuation)
  4. Avoid emoji, accents, and special symbols
  5. Try a different browser if the error persists

"Fix languages" error when using auto-translate

  1. Disable auto-translate and manually select only the languages you need
  2. Reduce your message to under 60 characters for SMS
  3. Or use email instead (email translations don't have character limits)

"Message not delivering - No supported language"

  1. For SMS: use English only, or send email for non-English languages
  2. Check that your message uses standard ASCII characters only
  3. Avoid accents, emoji, and special symbols

"500 server error" when sending

  1. Try removing attachments and links
  2. Send a text-only test message
  3. Verify your recipient list loads properly before sending
  4. Break large groups into smaller segments (under 5,000 recipients each)
  5. Wait a few minutes and try again

Recipient list spinning or not loading

  1. Use advanced filter instead of file upload
  2. Reduce the group size (split into segments)
  3. Refresh and try again
  4. Contact your administrator if it continues

Prevention: Test before you send

  1. Compose your message using only standard characters
  2. Select 2-3 test recipients (yourself, a coworker, a family member)
  3. Send the test message
  4. Verify it arrived and looks correct
  5. Now send to your full recipient list
