Access training from your Messages XR Enterprise Dashboard
As soon as you log onto your platform, you'll land on the dashboard, where you have quick access to many of our best resources. Scroll down to the bottom right corner box labeled Resource center where you can click Training options to be directed to the training portal.
Finalsite Training presents the Messages XR Enterprise Training Portal providing content developed with you in mind so that you can get new users up and running, while introducing you to new features you might not be familiar with. With microcourses, video tutorials, and visual learning, this training portal is a valuable tool for learning how everything works!
Courses with hands-on learning opportunities
Utilize our curated learning paths and resources below to accelerate progress toward your learning objectives. Start with the Introduction to Messages XR Enterprise microcourse. The Activity section helps you stay on track by monitoring your learning progress and completed courses.
Finalsite Training offers microcourses which are more focused learning experiences covering specific skills or topics in a more condensed format, designed to be completed quickly, making them ideal for learners who need targeted knowledge. We know these will be great for fitting into your already busy schedules.
About to send your first message? Brush up on the main tasks and options in the microcourse, "Mastering Message Creation and Delivery" beforehand. Participate in a tutorial that clicks you through the message creation tasks in a virtual tutorial, creating muscle memory and showing you what it will look like.
Open up the corresponding Knowledge Base article, "Create and send a message" to have alongside you as a reference guide, prompting you with prerequisites and the essentials you need to know as you're checking tasks off your list. Click in the Table of Contents to jump to the tasks you need.

Each learning path includes opportunities to participate in a Workshop, where you can engage in collaborative learning as it happens, in the moment, alongside fellow users and Finalsite experts. Here are some of the options:

Finalsite's Software Update blog alerts users about important changes that we are making to our software. Subscribe to receive Release notes so you can stay looped in on new features and fixes.
We publish the Software Update blog in advance of each release to give site admins a heads-up about what may be updated, any action that may be required on their part, and cool new features you'll want to take advantage of.
Status Page
If there's ever an issue on our end that is affecting your website performance or availability, the Finalsite Status Page will tell you what’s going on, what Finalsite is doing to resolve the issue, and estimates to restore service (if available). You don't need to log in to see it, but you can subscribe to get updates by email.
Messages XR Enterprise Help
The Help button in left navigation provides resources that you and your users need when hitting an obstacle.
- List of contacts: This button displays a list of contacts within your district that can assist users when they need help. These contacts are populated when you create a new organization and select certain district and school administrators to be added to the Help contact dropdown. (See the article, "Configure organizational settings > Step 2: Edit basic organizational information fields" to learn more.)
