When you first open up Messages XR Enterprise and get logged in, you’ll see the dashboard. The dashboard places all of the most important tasks of your communication workflow right at your fingertips. This article will give a tour of what you’ll find there!
School name
You will see the name of your school or district at the top right corner next to the My account dropdown.
My account
This is where you will find your account settings. You’ll configure and manage your login, name as appears in your profile, delivery addresses, and so much more! Learn more in the article, “Messages XR EnterpriseMXR-E account settings.”
Left navigation bar
These are the tabs where you will navigate to perform all of the tasks you need to do:
- Messages: Send messages to members of your district and school community, including parents, students, teachers, and any other staff you have in your data.
- Accounts: Access the accounts of different users available in the districts and schools to update passwords and contact information.
- Reports: When you are wanting to view reports based on account data, messages, sent, social media analytics, system analytics, and so much more, you can navigate to the Reports tab to find just what you need.
- Settings: This is where you can configure your MXR-R platform to suit your district needs. Think of these settings as more “global” regarding your district while the account in the top right corner of your dashboard is for individual account management.
- Help: Clicking into this tab will give you the best and fastest way to get the help you need.
Top row
Think of the top row like the gauges on your car dashboard. Here you can get a quick idea of how things are going!

- Data that needs looked into
- System status
News feed
Here you will see a live feed of news and details that help you know what’s coming up and happening in your world.
Right column
- Release notes: Here you can see updates on all of the amazing features and fixes that our development team will be rolling out.
- Resource Center: This is a quicklink for you and your team to have quick access to training options to learn how to utilize the Messages XR Enterprise solution for all of your communication needs. (provide link to training portal)
