Following a recent cybersecurity incident and an in-depth third-party investigation, several features will remain disabled at this time based on recommendations from our in-house security team and independent cybersecurity experts.
The following features are unavailable:
- Using Call Me to Record in Voice channel
- Changing the outbound number from which Voice messages are sent
- The ability to edit logins and passwords
- The ability to mass generate passwords
- The ability to edit delivery options and delivery preferences
