Reports are a great way to analyze your message-sending data, but there are some reports that will be valuable to you to view and scrutinize before you send out messages. This article will help you to see all of the reports available to you to consider which ones might be helpful before you start sending out certain types of messaging to targeted recipients.

Accounts Reports
Here you can find data about account details such as roles, individual account information, delivery addresses, schools, grades, and more
- For example: Parent report, Staff report, Teacher class report, Login report.
Data Reports
These reports allow you to check for missing information or discrepancies in the data you use when you send out messages. There are actions you can take once you’ve pinpointed what needs attention.
- For example: Do not contact (opt-out) report, Bad phone/email report.
Messages Reports
The reports in this area allow you to view data of messages going out to your community from your Messages XR Enterprise platform.
- For example: Message Tracking report, Contact report, Message trends report and graphs, Message utilization report.
System Reports
Here you can find data on how your system is being used for sending out messaging, also being able to see a breakdown of messages and message-per-student based on the search criteria.
- For example: System utilization report, ability to view all Scheduled reports.
